Closed Session will occur due to the Following Statutory`s
“Before a Contract is awarded or bids are opened, to discuss a matter directly related to a negotiation strategy or the contents of a bid or proposal, if a public discussion or disclosure would adversely impact the ability of the public body to participate in competitive bidding or proposal process.” 
“Consult with counsel to obtain legal advice.”  § 3-305(b)(7)
And 
“To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction; any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.”
Public Comments are allowed at the Beginning of the Meeting and at the End of the Meeting. (Two (2) Minute Comment Limit)

Candidate Registration: Interested in running for office? Candidate registration is now open as of Thursday, January 30, 2025. The deadline to file your candidacy is March 21, 2025.

Election Judges Needed: We are also looking for dedicated individuals to serve as election judges. If you're interested in ensuring a fair and smooth voting process, stop by the Town Hall to sign up.
