The Town of Brentwood, Maryland requests sealed bid proposals for the Addition of Sidewalks and Tree Planters at Allison Street, between 34th Street and 37th Street, RFP 20-01, as specified in the plans, specifications, drawings and all other contract documents (the “Contract Documents”). A bid bond is required in connection with the submittal of a bid proposal.
Bid proposals must be submitted in original only, on the specified forms, in a sealed envelope marked Sidewalk Addition and Tree Planters at Allison Street, between 34th Street and 37th Street, RFP 20-01, no later than Monday, June 15 at 2:00 p.m. Due to the current pandemic all submission of BIDs will be utilizing virtual capabilities. Award of a contract will be made by the Mayor & Council of the Town of Brentwood, Maryland at a regular meeting.
A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on Wednesday, June 10 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Due to the current pandemic all pre-bid meetings will be utilizing virtual capabilities. While attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, this is the potential bidder’s opportunity to raise questions or issues of concern regarding this project.
